i submitted my papers for conversion in Oct for the permit.
however i received a letter today which mentions that my application has been returned on the basis of incomplete document
. the list of the documents missing (all the documents) has been enclosed, sadly i have actually submitted all these documents
i will try to talk to the officers on phone. but has this happened to anyone before??
how did you deal with this?!
