Cheers for that, I was looking for that article. Another article states that
Air India have not been able to lease out their 777's as nobody will pay what AI want to cover their finance charges. Although this I believe mainly related to the 77L's rather than the 77W's.
However it still begs the question if BHX was so profitable as they claimed (although whether this was reported correctly I don't know) why have not restarted it with so many spare aircraft or are they about to?

states Birmingham has the second largest population (Bangladeshi) outside of London at 23000 but Westword in Lancs has the highest concentration in one area outside of London - I assume more spread out in the West Mids.
However Dacca by TK is very welcome and their expansion in general makes EK look like small fry

Heard about the A380 compliance and fingers crossed for late 2011, early 2012. I believe EK have received their last A380 until September 2011.
