I think the AOA should encourage people to resign... by actively researching, and promoting other jobs available in the industry.
And putting the salaries and conditions in the monthly updates...
I think this would be a very good way of putting pressure on the company to up its game.
Perhaps in the short run, it might be seen as potentially reducing membership. But I think the benefits in the long term would outweigh this.
