Any B license holder should be able to sign the tasks pertinent to his catergory( provided he has a company approval and signs CRS at the company in which you did your ojt), I was lucky for having worked with a B1,B2 holder so he signed it all for me and my logbook went straight through and I had no problems.
Just get anyone that holds a B2 license to sign the avionics work and B1 to sign the airframe and power plant work.
