Should there be 'Other Devices' listed in Device manager?

This is the total stumbling block. I have the drivers for W7 but not only do I not have Black Armor NAS 110 listed in Other Devices, I don't even have Other Devices listed. Looked in other places just in case.

Should the basic W7 show this by default, or is it that Seagate (or others) haven't created it yet?

I've deleted this thread to keep the bandwidth down.

Seagate want $14.99 because their support site does not work.
Really hitting so many stops with the other thread. Downloaded new W7 drivers, and it says Update in Device manager. Okay, update what? So, simple question, fill in effin' great thingy and submit.

Can't find the address etc. Tells me to check my spelling. It's their spelling - remain calm...remain calm.

I'll shout at them and argue the cost since their site is useless. No, pay first.

Like a Python sketch where you pay for an argument.
