Sorry but I have to write this post in english, I guess that I understand Italian more or less (spanish is my mother tongue) so I can follow this threat but by the moment I'm not able to write it or speak it correctly.
It's clear that you have to pay 300 € in front for selection, I don't support this term but some companies use this option for recruitment, i.e. Spanair or AirEuropa in Spain, and if finally you're in you don't have to pay for your training.
But my question is, in the web page states that if you are hired it will be deduced of your training. Does it mean that you have to pay for your TR? in that case is there going to be pilots happy to pay for a SAAB 2000 TR? there are only like 60 around the world.
Finally, info from PPJN says that salary for FO is around 60000 CHF, Do you think/Know if that is enough to live in Switzerland? It seems to be quite expensive to live in Lugano.
