Just to say a very BIG THANKS to all the BA staff at Heathrow yesterday who managed to get me on to a delayed GVA flight after my later scheduled one was cancelled. It was rather busy with all the cancellations but as is usual (in my experience) they worked like troopers to get everyone sorted.
