3. Hour building to 100 hours PIC
4. Night Qualification
5. CPL
6. Multi IR
7. MCC - Multi Crew Co-op course
8. Buy a big stick to fend off all the airlines begging you to join them
You could if you wished after the CPL do the flight instructors course and teach for a while before doing the IR & MCC.
This way is known as the modular route.
