Those items are no longer in the MMEL (the FAA version at least). The FAA have recently adopted a policy that windshield damage is a structural issue not a systems issue, and so dispatch with damage belongs in the SRM and/or CDL.
The windshield items were removed in
rev 21 of the FAA MMEL for these aircraft. See ATA 56, page 269 of the pdf.
