In terms of the Act the definition is as follows:
A scheduled flight is a flight between the same 2 points, in terms of a timetable and open to the general public.
There is no doubt that this is a scheduled operation. Neither Studio 88,TAB nor NAC have a scheduled license. This is not a legal operation.
