I should think, that in such a situation, their employer would be fully justified in getting rid of them. Sack the malcontents and await the tribunals. In the doubtful situation that the employer lost
all the cases, it would take years to resolve, and the cost would still be less than their continued employment - in more ways than one.
Don't BASSA realise this?
