Hilarious. You want to create an A320-Model (apparently some mix of flight simulator and performance model) and have not thought about data before?
Actually, flight simulation is simple, the data is the hard part.
I have don quite a lot of flight simulator programming (the flight mechanical & engineering side, no fancy graphics). My recommendation: forget about the A320 and generate a "generic aircraft".
Drag and derivatives an be found on the net.
Google "CR-2144 NACA" for a start.
Also "B787 piano" will give you some data on a "generic modern aircraft".
Your "dissertation" (do you get a PhD for that?) however is doomed. Try to change the topic quickly, because without first-hand data you're lost. This data (I've worked with it) is pretty large and 100% proprietary. People who have it would rather chop their hand off than giving it to you.
And finally: pilots cannot help you in this respect.
