Apparently the lady owner can fix anyting aviation with her high heels and short skirts.....(Is She hot at least?)
all but the licensing councel who should have stopped this, but they do not know what rules to enforce themselves, hence a sham like this can get going.
Now, the law states clearly what a scheduled flight is, and the rest is charter, how can you advertise a shedule ON RADIO, but none of the "operators" have a schedule license between them, "operated by NAC-TAB" this is sounding a lot like use of a license, and that was illegal the last time I checked.
