The training machine will be fully occupied this winter. Do they really want to deal with so many non TR people? Depends how brave they are feeling.......or pushed by management??
So, on the balance of probability, what jockflyer was told by Casey Prince is correct, in so far what he has been told by his management. That is not to say that the percentages might change depending what is actually on offer.
Notwithstanding what they would like to happen in the ideal world for their recruiting, the market place might have a few surprises next year.
