You are where you are. There is still an offer on the table. One step forward based on today's ruling, is the contractual MTP. You will now have to make a choice if the offer is better than pursuing the full reinstatement staff travel through the legal system. Then you have the dismissed and suspended. Some if not all who are sacked, will still be sacked. ACAS will review each case and I would bet that there will be hope for some.
