Call button, that third year pay is a little on the steep side. Knock about 15-20% off that figure and add the allowances and you're a little closer. Eithier that or the person may not be chasing flying but is certainly chasing overtime back and forward to the USA!
I must be doign something incredibly wrong if in the top third of the 767 roster I can only get 20% more per pay than a first year 744 S/O! Or are things just that disparate these days!
