The notam states that you must simply be squawking with mode C. No need to 'request penetration/transit' with Farnborough North, Luton or Essex. You, obviously, need to respect vertical and lateral boundaries of CAS.
However, I would recommend speaking with North on 132.8. Jolly helpful chaps and chapesses!
