Basically the excitement did take-over a bit.
The confusion more lies in that, in hindsight, I think I heard the words 70 and 100!!
It doesn't bother me anyway. I am not flying (and haven't been for more than a year) and 70% is still 200% of my current salary.
I do not live locally to any of their bases (not even in the vicinity)!
Just be nice to get back flying again.
I am sure the contract will make things clear(ish)! I assume one gets paid (whether 70 or 100%) from Day 1. I don't much care for the Ryanair philosophy - only being paid once you're making the company money (i.e. after the safety pilot disappears).
