I start training pretty soon with jet 2 and will be finished TR by christmas. I am an ex heavy jet guy and I have been told I only need 20 sectors (I take it this means 10 return trips) I then fully expect not to be needed very much until the start of April. The biggest problem for Jet2 at the moment seems to be scheduling the required training sectors for the new guys while also keeping their 100% guys fully employed over the winter.
Taxi-driver is correct in that there are differing contracts depending on your skills and experience i.e. 100% or 70% Pay for all of TR, some of TR or a bond.
