Both TD and TF are very arrogant. Their 'arroganism' ( If there is such word ) or arrogans differs in many ways. This one 'T' is trying a hard ball tactic trying to cut corners hoping to squeeze the pilots wages which eventually backfired. If he did that last 3 years it would have been ok. TIME HAS CHANGED. The other 'T' thought he is already at the top of the world with 2 consec years running world's best LCC and thinks he is going to be there forever. Little he realised ( ...he is now realising...) that the other Asians LCCs are catching up with him with even more aggresive ways trying to get some share of the cake. The name " Air Asia" is synonym with Asia so there will be fierce competition within Asian markets. The good thing about TF is
, he promised his pilots good remunerations he knows when to pay or not to pay more for his pilots. Since Air Asia pilots do not belong to any union TF wil play by the ears to fulfil his promise. Time will tell.
