Hong Kong Express Pay Cut
It looks like the Director of Flight Operations at HKE ( SW ) is finally showing his true colors, or should he be named the Assistant Director of Flight Operations for Hong Kong Airlines.
With the release of the winter schedule he direction for HKE has finally come to light.
UO709/8 (Denpasar) will now operate as HX709/8 under wet lease for HKA, from 12/11/10 UO234/5 (Shanghai) will operate as HX234/5 under wet lease for HKA and UO312/3 ( Beijing) will operate as HX312/3 under wet lease for HKA.
This is giving hundreds of hours of HKE pilots overtime to HKA, in turn reducing the take home pay for HKE pilots. This is a paycut that the company does not even have to justify.
With the arrival of more aircraft for HKA and HKE told to expect no more aircraft, ever. it now becomes clear for the reason for the placement of SW as the DFO at HKE.
