I admire your optimism.
I know of someone who was invited to interview in the same exactly the same situation as yourself. Expecting some negotiation, he was taken aback when told the offer is ONLY pay for TR and 70% contract. Take it or leave it. End of interview.
Please tell us the outcome of your assessment when it happens. If anyone else has been offered anything else please tell.
As an aside - my 'interviewer' let slip "we are having trouble filling interview slots... erm... I mean... erm... because we have so many applicants (????)"
When they run out of chimps to interview are they going to start at the top of the pile again? Will I get an Un-Rejection Email
