I suppose not being bonded leaves you free to leave at anytime. Not a good way to retain their pilots.
I know about the deal as it was all covered in the phone call. My doubts are surfacing after a few nights sleeping on it.
I knew the possiblilty of a bad deal when I filled out the application, but nothing was confirmed. When it became a reality, I was of the opinion that it was a good step to a better deal in the future when they got busy (100% and a Command after a few years), but now I am not sure if it's worth it.
I was of the black 'n' white opinion of not paying for a TR unless the terms matched the risk / outlay. Well this doesn't. If we were talking 55k and 100% I would jump, but maybe's are not good enough to move. Neither is 70% of what is already a low salary for a SFO.
There is also the moving costs, having to rent out my house etc.
I am 50/50 at the moment, but lets see how the tests go 1st.
