On the subject of Jet2 I believe that all the low houred inexperienced guys have been selected and start their training on Monday. There is a pool of some more low houred guys who I guess are on standby in case they can't get enough experienced non TR guys for their 2 November courses that are willing to pay and don't need to give 3 months notice to present employers.
The assessment this week involved experienced non TR guys (and girls) for both FO and Capt positions 737 and 757. About 15 on the day mainly from the regionals (BMIR, Eastern, Logan etc) I believe they are looking for about 25 experienced non TR guys split between 73 and 75.
