All 70% commands this year upgraded to 100% commands, all part time contracts offered full time. More aircraft arriving, as expected people moving on as is healthy, 70% now, will that be 70% in 2 years time ? Who knows but i know where i would place my bet !!
If you want EDI/GLA or BFS or NCL you will probably get it on first bid post training
Whilst I am sure this is good news for all involved, you seem to be using this information as good upschool speech to encourage others to join with your strong implication that if you accept 70% now, well who knows what the future will bring.
But consider for a moment, why has Mr Meerkat permitted these (welcome) changes this year? Is it because he's a tart with a heart or has he finally been "comparing the market.com" . I will be much more interested to see how many 100% contracts he has to sanction during this recruitment phase to get his numbers right.
