All 70% commands this year upgraded to 100% commands, all part time contracts offered full time. More aircraft arriving, as expected people moving on as is healthy, 70% now, will that be 70% in 2 years time ? Who knows but i know where i would place my bet !!
If you want EDI/GLA or BFS or NCL you will probably get it on first bid post training so if that is home its perfect. For those who are considering being abusive down the phone, shouting "ram it" as has been identified above have a thought for those who are doing the phoning.
Jet2 have really always recruited people for their home/local base and personally i think its an excellent idea. Be abusive or whatever else you like quite a lot of crew actually enjoy working there, take from that what you will.
