If I was a recruiter in the HR department of a major international airline and read the posts of someone who has hated every employer he has ever had, and is already offended by my company before I got there, would my response be to lay on a roadshow for him and his fellow travellers? If there were literally hundreds of very experienced, highly motivated pilots queuing up to joing my company who have done everything in their power to make their own airline a success, would I scrabble around looking for miserable, unhappy people who hate flying, hate the airline industry and openly state their desire to make their employer's life as difficult as possible? Let me think now.....
