Surely not? The reasons behind this accident are so clear, and nothing to do with the "design", that I feel any such discussion is futile.
However, if the outline of this accident could be (even partially) translated into a "normal ops" flight, then that might produce lessons worth addressing. I have repeatedly asked above for a credible scenario where this this accident does relate to normal ops, and have not seen much of an answer? i.e. my request would be please do not propose solutions that address this accident in isolation.
