I saw this thread last night after a long four-sector day, and it made absolutely no sense. This morning, after a good night's sleep, I still can't understand what the OP is getting at, and can only assume it's a fishing trip. However, as I'm positioning this afternoon, and thus qualify as 'SLF', I'll have a go at a serious answer.
If I buy a ticket to fly from A to B, then I'll sit in the back reading my newspaper, safe in the knowledge that – whatever the individual qualities of the pilots on that day – the airline and regulator will have a put in place a system that is statistically several orders of magnitude safer than my drive to the airport.
Good enough for me.
