Im not going to get into your comment, as its off topic and i dont want to close the thread, but you got to be kidding me, comparing a 1500hr pilot (even if it is instructing on singles, which i believe is good time in itself) to a fresh 200hr pilot with jet sim time... HRS means real exp in the hot seat, seen it in action, and there is a significant Difference.
