i agree that its totally outside our control and i think its not just enough to be the right person. it just take one HR person to think that you did not improve enough to reject and hold up your application. im not sure how HR in CX works but yeah, it can be still subjective and really depends on luck.
enough said but i would like to hear more on how other re applicants 'improve' themselves.
