With eight years CC experience this IIRC is how they operate the runway system.
With a wind favouring westerly operations they will land on 23R and take off on 23L except between midday and 3pm weekdays when it is closed, (I can't remember the w/e), to give the residents at the end of the runway a break from the noise. This was one of the zillions of agreements that was necessary to ensure runway 2 (23L/05R) could be built.
On easterlies they will land 05R and depart 05L except when it's closed and all ops go from 05L.
The A380 will use whichever runway is presently in use for departure and will not be given special considerations because of it's size or wake.
