Have you tried the Chris Markham or Chris Henry course books?
There are a handful
of good IFR Instructors in your part of the world. Shop around. If as you say you fly for a living then it can be tax deductible, so don' t pinch pennies. A failed flight test wipes out most of the cost difference between different schools.
