To be honest..
Despite the negative views towards Susi air, I think your best chance is on the Caravan.
The chances of you getting any flying time on the jets is too small and not nearly enough to get much out of it.
You'll earn quite a lot of experience flying the Caravan, it's not a twin but still valuable commercial turbine time.
If you have to pay for the rating... I guess you'll have to do that if you want to have a chance at all. If they bond you, fair enough.
Having to stay in Indonesia for several years... maybe a plus or a minus... depends on how you look on life.
