Climbed Mt Warning in Norther NSW on Friday morning. at 3790ft Alt sickness was clearly never a threat, but my legs are in a very poor way....I expected them to be sore and stiff the following day, here we are 2 days later, and they're worse! Could it be getting older? (Me not Mt Warning)......I'd thought I'd be a bit better today....I'm getting around like Frankenstein
