Split-bus was a block change at s/n 100. s/n 150 brought different aileron rigging (less yoke deflection for full aileron deflection) and s/n 173 brought slightly more powerful engines and a slightly increased gross weight.

Both the aileron rigging & IGW are available via service bulletin to earlier airframes...not sure about engine mod or split-bus.
