I don't have a problem with it! Personally I think it's courteous to let the crew know. What's worse, someone calling "Guard", or the offending aircraft making multiple calls before realising that they're not on the correct frequency?
More amusing is when an aircraft makes a call to company on 121.5, and someone chimes in with "Go ahead..."
