@spymell, yeah dude, i would av joined the etihad or emirates cadet scheme if i were emirati..
i am an indian, so i dont qualify..dats d prob..
was your friend an indian or some other nationality?
cause he was a non-indian, he would enter through the foreign pilot scheme which is relatively easier than the the scheme for indian nationals...so, if i would convert and join, it would be much more difficult for me.
anyways guys, my apologies for not mentioning this earlier, but by the time i actually "enter the market", it would be around 2017, i am still in high school...
so, yes there is not much of a shortage of pilots in EU, but what will be the scene in 2017??
will i be able to join a small airline just to get enough hours so i would be eligible to join a high flyer either in the middle east of india(ofcourse after conversion)??
