Angry Wonder Woman

I know a Captain of SA who just left. SA refuse to return his Pilot License after he asked for a month. They also hold two months of his salary.
That is to say, Some pilots of SA (if not all) are flying without their original license with them. That is violating the law.
Also, as SA pay their pilots always 15 days late, so if someone send their resignation before the pay day, they can easily hold two months salary. Indonesia Labor Law requests that salary must be paid within 7 days after the due day. That is end of month plus 7 days.
Further, ALL SA Caravan do not have HF Radio and they fly in Papua. In East Indonesia, regulation is that you need to have HF Radio due to inability of VHF. But they fly anyway.
Caravan being a single engine, is not allowed to fly IFR and only allow to fly in daylight. But in SA..........
I am not anti SA but rather admire the way they climb so high in such a short time (tricky way????). However, with the way they work, accidents are waiting to happen. This is bring Indonesia aviation record going South again. This will affect those innocent 121 & 135 having to suffer due to SA mistakes.
