Austwide today are madly trying to find Lst Res staff to fly to Orange immediately to help out for a couple of weeks - seems they can't handle all the calls (duh) and are still training operators. Apparently they've been trying to contact the manager for a few days but had sent the fax to the call centre which has been locked since Friday 1700 - and they wondered why no-one replied
Eventually tracked down the centre manager by phone yesterday who is ringing around to see who can go at such short notice - when asked when they wanted someone to leave the reply was 'yesterday'
