www.garmin.com The downloads for software upgrades are free, and the downloads for the Jepp databases are about 37 dollars. (You are better of with a broadband connection though, but its not a problem with a slower link.)
Follow the instructions on the screen and its a doddle! I keep my 195 updated like this and carry it as a standby. - You never know!
