How many of the patients you mentioned were treated by the doctors from the clinic?
At least 4 of the examples you quote were clearly hospital cases. Nothing to do with the docs at the clinic.
Clearly the system that allows the admin guy to read the results is the fault of lousy management at the clinic who havent arranged a good system. The reception staff ask what is wrong to refer you to a doc with expertise in certain areas. Not for any other reason.They have 2 VP's for Medical, 1 for Dental and an SVP. And a huge shortage of doctors. One more resigned today.
As for the SE Asian nurses, I can't comment.
But, the care we have received has been excellent.
If you want to complain, it would greatly assist a lot of good people in the clinic by complaining to the SVP (he is currently away for nearly a month) PM me if you want his direct email.
