PANS-OPS uses a much larger radius than TERPS.

The radius for Category D aircraft is 5.28nm for PANS-OPS procedures compared to 2.30 nm for TERPS.

To add: When procedures are based on TERPS, this should be clearly highlighted on the approach plate.
