Regarding rosters, I just read a discussion about Ryan Airīs, and I couldnīt be more surprised:

It looks like you guys have 5 days of work and 3 or 4 days off, that is about 12 days off in a month! WOW!
Is this standard in all airlines? Can it be even better? I supose this example could be one of the worst, due to the bad press this company has.
Be careful: our Spanish semiliterate Minister of Development Mr. Blanco might consider you a cast of privileged lazy scum and could proceed against you to guarantee air transport service. After all, he gets a lot of votes that way, and pilots are also a good target like ATCOīs.
