You can get a subscription to MILFLIP as a civilian. If you have any problem let me know and I'll take it up with the boss.
If you drop me a PM today with an adddress I'll happily e-mail the current plate(s) to you. (I'm off on holiday tomorrow morning)
It's a pity that the Mil take the Civil AIP for free but restrict access to the Mil one (it used to be available free) when it's official policy to encourage the use of Mil a/d by civilian traffic.
