I'll second what Pretzal says MAXX.
You know we sometimes forget just how soul destroying this game can be. I've had 3 G/A companys and 1 airline go bust underneath me, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't give thanks for the relative stability that we now have.
As far as the youngun's not knowing how lucky they are, well I guess you'll always get that from some of them. Truth is there may be a shake-up at DJ (what to do with the international guys/possible reductions at the bottom?) The young guy might just be in for a lesson in life! I sincerely hope not, but in this game nothing is 100% certain.
Hang in there mate. Pretzal is right, REX have been thin on the ground with experienced F/O's for some time. Management are starting to see the light. Just keep at them.
