Point to be clarified ?
Page 9 of the report mentions that the THS went to the pitch-up stop.
Page 20 ... that the THS moved to 11.2 degrees NU and remained in this position.
FCOM mentions that the maximum THS deflection is 13.5° nose up.
What's going on here ?
