EX FTE, from your comments it's clear you do not understand operations at London City Airport. The Dash 8-400 is the only type at the airport which requires a tug to park it on stand. The reason for this is it's size does not fit in with the requirement to taxi towards the terminal and execute a tight right turn to park facing North(ish). It is a bit of a guddle to get it parked, so quick turnaround times are just not achievable.
