-I cannot agree with both those statements. You have no evidence to support them. Recovery from the dive was in progress from 15:46:01 and speed was adequate. The accident was not 'inevitable' due to the low altitude.

Yes, the technical factors are important, but:-
a) did the software or some mechanical effect prevent normal stall recovery action?
b) would correct stall recovery have prevented the accident?

I wonder what the 'passengers' were saying during this?
