My contacts tell me that a number of Susi Air pilots have been seen in the recruitment offices of other Indonesian airlines lately. Some are even prepared to pay their early contract termination penalty to jump ship to other airlines. Surely things can't be that bad at Susi Air? And I'm wondering how easy will it be for these pilots to get their release letters from Susi Air to join the other airlines in Indonesia? Has anyone been successful in doing this lately?
